Jetstream is an aircraft management company
We are the aircraft owner’s flight department. We oversee the entire process utilizing a hand picked staff with years of experience and expertise in their respective disciplines. Management includes choosing the correct make and model aircraft for a customer’s mission; surveying the market and negotiating the best deal for the best aircraft; creating and overseeing the safest and compliant maintenance program for the aircraft; providing safe and experienced flight crews; ensuring FAA operations compliance; providing reduced cost services (fuel, insurance, maintenance, parts, cleaning and hangaring); providing easy monthly financial reporting; and providing experienced oversight and advice to maintain the asset’s value over time.
Departments
Aircraft Sales - To represent customers in aircraft transactions. Create an individual revenue source while supporting the flow of aircraft management services with in-house sales and acquisition services. Meet and enable new management customers.
Flight Operations - To operate Jetstream’s managed aircraft. Provide a “front line” to the customer representing Jetstream and its values. Flight crews are the face of Jetstream, and encouraged to build personal relationships with our owners and customers. Operate aircraft in a safe and compliant manner.
Aircraft Charter - To provide private air charter services, operating under Jetstream’s Certificate. Create an individual revenue source that is natural to the flow of Jetstream management services. Allow Jetstream to offer a revenue source for the aircraft owner. Allow the aircraft owner increased safety and tax advantages by operating the aircraft on FAA certificate. Allow Jetstream to meet new customers for aircraft management.
Aircraft Maintenance - To maintain Jetstream’s managed aircraft. Create an individual revenue source that is natural to the flow of Jetstream management services. Allow Jetstream to offer reduced pricing maintenance/parts to the aircraft owner. Allow Jetstream more control over maintenance scheduling resulting in less downtime for the aircraft.
Accounting - To account and report accurate and legal financial performance. Create and oversee processes that ensure Jetstream operates legally, efficiently, and with accurate accounting. This ensures compliance from an IRS perspective, and accurate financials in accounting software, including software for operations, maintenance, flight school and charter sales.
